Description: Existing leaking BUR/Gravel roof systems were partially torn off and wet areas replaced to level. Then the existing roofs were recovered with a Tapered EPS Insulation System & Coverboard adhered with Low Rise Foam Adhesive and a fully adhered white TPO & PVC Single Ply Roof System with 20 & 25 Year Warranties respectively. Provided all new coping cap, metal edging, gutters, downspouts and associated sheet metal work.
