Service Provided: Reroofed existing building with a new Modified Asphaltic
Description: Existing leaking BUR/Modified roof system was torn off completely and replaced with a Vapor Barrier, Tapered Poly-ISO Insulation System followed by a Gypsum Coverboard and a multi-ply asphaltic membrane with a white cold adhesive applied Modified Bitumen Roof System with a 20 Year Warranty. Provided all new metal coping, scuppers, downspouts, edging and associated sheet metal work.
